Teresa Cashion

Meet Teresa Cashion – Owner and Groomer at All God’s Creatures Great and Small

Teresa Cashion is the passionate owner and groomer behind All God’s Creatures Great and Small. With over 30 years of experience in the grooming industry, Teresa’s journey began at the old Caldwell Animal Hospital, where she worked as a veterinary technician. It was there that she learned the art of grooming under the mentorship of Anna Schoenfield, sparking a lifelong passion for animal care.

Starting her own business at home under the name Teresa’s Grooming Salon, Teresa built a loyal clientele through her skill, compassion, and dedication. As her faith continued to guide her path, she felt called to give her business a name that reflected her values and purpose. In obedience to that calling, she renamed her salon All God’s Creatures Great and Small—a name inspired by her love for animals and her desire to honor God through her work.

Teresa’s deep compassion for animals shines through in every interaction. Her face lights up with joy when a pet walks through the door, and she takes the time to learn about each one of her clients—both human and furry. Her gentle, caring nature and personalized approach make every visit a positive experience.

Above all, Teresa gives God the glory for how far she’s come. Her faith is the foundation of her business, and her mission is to serve both pets and their owners with kindness, excellence, and a heart full of gratitude.

Sherrie Maltba

Meet Sherrie Maltba - Professional Pup Snuggler, Kennel Attendant, & Receptionist

Sherrie's heart is as big as her love for furry friends! With a house full of fur babies of her own, she knows just how important it is for pets to feel safe, loved, and a little bit spoiled. Whether she is giving out belly rubs, playing fetch, or sneaking in extra cuddle time, Sherrie makes every pup feel like part of the family. Her warm and playful energy is a favorite among our four-legged guests- and she wouldn't have it any other way!

Peg Smith

Meet Peg Smith- Lobby Greeter & Facility Care Specialist

Peg Smith has been a beloved part of our team for over 10 years, bringing warmth, dedication, and a welcoming smile to everyone who walks through our doors. As our front lobby greeter, Peg is often the first friendly face our guests see — and they’re always happy to see her! In addition to greeting guests, Peg plays a vital role in keeping our lobby and pet suites spotless, ensuring a clean and cozy environment for all our furry visitors.

Peg will be celebrating 49 wonderful years of marriage this November, a testament to her caring and loyal nature. At home, she dotes on her adorable little Yorkie, Tucker, who is more like her baby boy than a pet. When she’s not working or spoiling Tucker, Peg enjoys shopping for stylish handbags and relaxing with one of her favorite reads.

We’re so lucky to have Peg on our team — her love for animals, attention to detail, and kind spirit make her truly one of a kind.

Trinity Denny

Trinity – Kennel Attendant

Trinity’s the guy with fur on his shirt, a leash in one hand, and probably a treat in the other. As a kennel attendant, he makes sure every pup’s tail is wagging and every kitty gets their fair share of love (and maybe a chin scratch or two). When he’s off the clock, Trinity is either fishing somewhere peaceful, tearing up the trails on his dirtbike, or hanging out with his own four-legged sidekicks—one woof, one meow. Animals love him, and honestly, we get it
